DHTM’s Management team play a critical role in the planning, coordination and subsequent success of your band. This is a complex task as it often requires the tour managers to assume the roles of creative directors, human resource managers, operations coordinators, trouble shooters, and public relations, not to mention accountant, as well as health and safety officer.
DHTM has advocated the importance of band management for many years. DHTM has adopted a different approach. Nobody within DHTM’s Management Team is ‘sales’ orientated. That responsibility is solely addressed by the sales manager. Rather, DHTM is professionally supplemented by a highly experienced, and personally selected, production team.
DHTM’s project team is a unique blend of experienced Band, tour and road managers with trade backgrounds in the audio lighting stage and associated industries.
